Refund policy

We do not accept returns once an order is placed. All sales are final.


For damages or issues, inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unaltered, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If a return is accepted, we'll provide instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges: Please return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at info@decotech.com.au.au if more than 15 business days pass after approval.
